Intended points: we collect the information you send (church name, pastor name, email, sermon links, preferences) to deliver the service; sermon content is not used to train AI models without consent; we do not sell personal information. Website forms: when you use the free-sermon form we store the church name, pastor name, email, sermon link, Bible translation and language you enter, plus the submission time and your browser's user-agent; when you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email, the time you subscribed, and your consent. This data is stored privately with our hosting provider (Vercel) and used only to deliver the service and send the emails you asked for. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to prevent spam and is not stored; you can request deletion by emailing pewletter@mail.grokbot.com. TODO: retention periods, processors/subprocessors, analytics, cookies, jurisdiction.
